Mirriam performs a rapid malaria test on seven-year-old Malizani.Malizani Phiri walked 10 kilometers to the Kafumbwe Health Clinic with his brother Supilani Phiri. Malizani was seen by Mirriam who immediately ran the malaria rapid diagnostic test, confirming he had contracted the virus. Mirriam then set to work getting him the proper medication and sending him on his way to recovery.
